New Hire Training Requirments Mandatory:
1- All New HIres will participate in a "ride-along OJT" training for the first week
2- All New HIres after the OJT training will participate, watch the training video and pass the exams for the section they are in
* Pest Control and Termite Techs must complete and pass all courses in Phase I below
* All Inspectors must complete and pass all courses in phase II
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL ANY TECHNICIAN OR INSPECTOR BE RELEASED TO PERFORM TREATMENT OR INSPECTION WITHOUT SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE COURSES REQUIRED.

NEW 109.1 Ladder Practical Instructions
The last course the new hire technician takes is the ladder practical (see the directions on the left)
1- A supervisor for the technician is to physically, on-site, have the new hire perform and demonstrate the requirements on the sheet to the left.
2- Once the new hire has completed all of those functions satisfactorily:
> The new hire will click on the link for the
Exam
> The new hire will sign into the exam with
full name and answer the introductory
questions.
> HOWEVER, the exam questions will be
answered by the supervisor who graded
the practical and observed the new hire
